Job Description Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Orthopedic Joint Specialist Surgeon for a full-time position in Lubbock, Texas. Join a well-established team of general Orthopedists, hand surgeons and a Trauma surgeon at Covenant Medical Group’s Orthopedic service. Work at a Level II Trauma center servicing a region of 1.2 million people while enjoying a healthy work/life balance in the friendly and welcoming community of Lubbock. Position Details: Full-time role with Monday to Friday schedule Call is 5 times per month and supports the General Orthopedic Trauma team Opportunity to teach if desired Join a team of 5 Orthopedic Surgeons; strong support team including APPs, MAs and nurses Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Signing bonus and relocation allowance CME allowance and reimbursement for licenses and dues Qualifications & Requirements: Must be a board-certified/board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO) Joint specialist Clinical experience post-residency is highly preferred, but new graduates with appropriate background are welcome to apply Where You’ll Work Covenant Medical Group is the largest medical group in the West Texas and Eastern New Mexico region.
