Your efforts will support McLane’s mission of delivering critical
goods across America efficiently and safely, leveraging over 130
years of industry leadership. This position resides at the core of
our operations, needing a blend of technical expertise, leadership
skills, and a commitment to safety. Direct routine and emergency
maintenance and repairs of all transportation vehicles. Manage
maintenance staff, scheduling shifts, and assigning tasks. Ensure
compliance with federal and state vehicle requirements by
maintaining records of vehicle inspections and repairs. Coordinate
with logistics and dispatch departments to minimize downtime and
improve fleet availability. Develop and monitor maintenance budgets
to optimize spending. Implement continuous improvement practices to
enhance maintenance procedures and vehicle reliability. Expertise
in vehicle mechanics and diagnostics Strong leadership and team
management skills Proficiency in maintenance management software
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage timelines Knowledge
of regulatory compliance regarding transportation vehicles Medical

Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) ASE Certification in
