about to rearrange! Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and
skilled Registered Nurse - Telemetry to join our healthcare team.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring patients'
vital signs and providing critical care in a telemetry unit. You
will work closely with physicians and other healthcare
professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the
safety and well-being of patients with cardiac conditions. Duties
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to assess patients'
cardiac rhythms and vital signs. Administer medications and IV
infusions as prescribed by physicians. Provide direct patient care,
including assessments, interventions, and evaluations of patient
responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and
implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their
families on health management, disease prevention, and
post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and
documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond
promptly to changes in patients' conditions or emergencies,
utilizing basic life support skills when necessary. ACI Health, a
