This schedule would be M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm.We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies and procedures that mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience across ACH, RDC, and Digital Banking services. This role will be responsible for delivering and maintaining secure, reliable digital and payment platforms aligned with the bank's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include underwriting, monitoring, and managing risk for ACH, RDC, MDC, Positive Pay, and Digital Banking; evaluating emerging technologies and building digital product roadmaps; and managing relationships with third-party vendors, auditors, and examiners within these areas of responsibility.This position does not include any duty related to the taking of an application or discussing rates/terms with any applicant for a qualified residential real estate transaction.About Us:At ABC Bank, we are committed to Growing Relationships, Simplifying the Process, and Doing the Right Thing in everything we do.We believe that building strong, long-term relationships with our customers, employees, and community is at the heart of every success. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, ensuring that every choice we make reflects our values and the trust our customers place in us.Join us and be part of a team that is driven by these values-where growth, simplicity, and integrity define our path forward.Why Join Us?A dynamic and supportive team environmentOpportunities for growth and career developmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageEssential Job Functions:Administer ACH, RDC, Positive Pay and any other Treasury products for ABC Customers.Provide guidance as needed directly to customers and other support staff in regard to these three areas.Develop, update and publish operating and workflow procedures.Serve as escalation point for problems within these related areas completely researching and resolving problems in a timely manner.Interact with various third party vendors involved in these processes and delivery channels.Monitor and report on activities within these areas and provide relevant information to management.Advise on the development and maintenance of the Operations Policies for these applicable areas.Maintain an updated procedure manual for these areas and ensure training and staff adherence to these procedures.Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability as well as continually work to deliver efficiencies to the processes.Thorough understanding of the inter-relationship of all treasury management products.Continued training and sound knowledge of banking rules and regulations especially as it pertains to ACH, RDC and Wire Functions.Understand full product and delivery functionality on all systems and third party vendor software.Operate computers programmed with specialized software to record, store, and analyze information.Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones and handling routine correspondence.Perform other duties as assigned by management / supervisor.Comply with all federal, state, and company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.Adhere to all relevant security responsibilities as outlined in the Bank's Information Security Program and Written Security Program.Interact with both Internal and External auditors and Examiners.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit packages.
