Job Description:

and protective clothing, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to
oversee our sales operations in North America. The successful
candidate will be pivotal in driving business growth and expanding
our market presence by developing and executing strategic sales
plans tailored to our diverse clientele ranging from small
businesses to large enterprises. This role is ideal for a dynamic
and results-driven leader passionate about nurturing a
high-performing sales team and fostering strong customer
relationships. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that
expand customer base and ensure UniFirst’s strong presence in the
market Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales objectives
and quotas Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest
improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange
business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s
products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build
long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop
entry level staff into valuable salespeople Proven competency in
strategic planning and business development Outstanding analytical
and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership and team management
skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Deep
understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship
management Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Medical Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar
credential is highly preferred.
