Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Associate,
Broker Channel - Small Commercial (East Region).
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end Thimble Broker experience for assigned agents,
brokers, and other distribution partners
Generate opportunities to acquire new business and re-engage
dormant agencies through business development activities
Proactively source and launch new partnerships with independent
agents and brokers
Required Qualifications:
Licensed Property & Casualty Producer
2+ years of sales/distribution experience within the P&C
insurance industry; small commercial highly preferred
CIC, CPCU, P&C License, or other industry designations
preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
Proficient Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new
software and in-house platforms
