(CAS) a subsidiary of Heartland Security Insurance Group, is a third party administrator providing loss control, claims management, and medical cost containment services nationwide with branch locations in El Paso and Dallas, and corporate in Tyler, Texas.Location: West Texas RegionPosition Summary for Sales Account ExecutiveThe Sales Account Executive performs sales functions and account management of CAS products and services to assigned Texas schools, community/junior colleges, and educational centers. The Texas Educational Insurance Association workers' compensation program is the primary sales product. Other insurance or risk management related products or services are part of the position requirements.Education & Experience for Sales Account Executive

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales or service related experience.
  • Must reside in West Texas region for remote work eligibilityJob Requirements for Sales Account Executive
    • Be knowledgeable about Texas Educational Insurance Association self-funded product.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to potential clients within the designated territory.
    • Execute and monitor the renewal process on existing clients.
    • Build positive relationships with potential clients by maintaining the relationship cycle.
    • Manage client relationships and achieve a required retention rate.
    • Meet established production goals.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with current and potential clients.
    • Work with support staff to maintain client relationships and address any client issues or concerns.
    • Maintain documentation of all sales and service.
    • Travel is required to manage sales territory as well as to attend conferences and seminars.
    • Ability and experience with technology and the ability to learn industry specific software.Benefits for Sales Account Executive
