• Automotive Internet and Sales a Plus
• Sales Professionals with track Record of Success
• Monitor and respond to all internet leads and develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt.
• Provide accurate quote pricing, rates and inventory availability.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Reach store goals and execute on a pre-defined closing ratio on all internet leads.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.Internet Sales Consultant - Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous customer service or sales experience a huge plus
  • Must be submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
