You must be the type of individual that enjoys working with other high performers and craves the challenge of building. --The Division Director will lead a team of Business Advocates and Team Leads that are responsible for providing payment processing, payroll and integrated HCM, lending, and point-of-sale services to small and mid-size business owners.----What can you expect at Beyond

Drive revenue growth by recruiting, onboarding, training and developing a team of highly motivated Business Advocates and Team Leads.Be a subject matter expert for your sales team and clients in all areas of payment processing,--lending,--point-of-sale, payroll and integrated HCM systemsGrow your team through outbound recruiting and interviewingSource for top notch sales professionalsLearn and understand all statements, hardware, software, and reporting offered by BeyondDeliver solution driven presentations to business partnersOrganize your day and week around competing demandsImplement a team strategy to exceed sales and headcount growth goalsWork closely with your team for prospecting, training, and development --Accurately track and record activities in SalesforceBe a strong leader and mentor within our organizationServe as local sales manager of designated areas within divisionPartnership management with owners of banks, associations, VARs and CPAs--Who You Are
Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience2+ years of experience in payment processing, point of sale, or payroll sales are preferredTried and true sales leader with a proven track record of building top tier sales teamsKnowledge of the companys products, services and business operationsAdvanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to solve problems and find creative solutions to sales challengesDesire to excel and grow within the organizationSalesforce CRM experienceProficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work both independently with minimal supervisionMultilingual candidates are a plus--About UsBeyond strives to simplify operations, reduce costs and streamline payments for small and mid-size business owners across the country.
