Property Management supports the university's mission by overseeing
the accounting and business operations related to the university's
controlled and capital assets, ensuring accurate financial
reporting. As the Inventory Control Financial Analyst, duties
include conducting departmental physical inventory reviews to
verify asset data accuracy, educating departments on property
management procedures, and assisting with annual asset
certifications.
Major/Essential Functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR combination of
education and experience to equal 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education or governmental accounting.
Experience in Ellucian Banner or other Enterprise Resource Planning
system with a fixed asset module or other fixed asset management
system. Experience with COGNOS or equivalent reporting database.
Experience with physical inventory procedures and requirements.
Accounting or Finance degree.

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the
individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring
department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional
