Job Description:
*Summary*The HR Analyst is responsible for maintaining the
integrity of data in all HR systems, testing of system changes and
analysis. This position generates and provides reports on HR
metrics, analyzes workforce data and trends to drive automation and
maximize efficiency. The HR Analyst is responsible for completing
data changes, training and support for system end-users. This
position will also participate in and provide support for other
areas of departmental operations as directed.*Essential Duties**
Performs activities associated with administration, maintenance and
support of the HRIS* Maintains employee data, including processing
change requests, ensuring all data is complete and consistent
across all HR systems* Supports optimal performance of HR systems,
including system implementation, configuration, integration,
testing, reporting and data analytics* Maintains data integrity in
systems by running reports and analyzing data* Assists in the
creation of training materials and user guides that drive the
end-user experience* Collaborates with assigned project teams*
Conducts compensation analysis and reporting* Assist with benefits
enrollment and benefit file feeds from vendors* Updates job
knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading
professional publications and participating in professional
organizations* Other duties as assigned*Position
Requirements**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: *Bachelor's degree in
human resources, business administration or a related
degree.*Supplemental Information**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
*HR Analytics, database management, software implementation and
upgrades. Skill or ability to: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite, maintain records, read and understand instructions,
analyze and interpret data, spell and use correct grammar,
prioritize and schedule work to meet deadlines, communicate
effectively orally and in writing, work independently in the
absence of specific instructions, establish and maintain effective
working relationships with County employees and the general
public.*PHYSICAL DEMANDS: *Maintain the ability to occasionally
stand, walk, kneel, and bend during the shift, Reach, grip and use
fine dexterity, Push and pull objects, Occasionally flex upper
trunk forward at the waist and partially at the knees, Occasionally
lift and carry up to 20 pounds, Occasionally rotate upper trunk to
the left or right while sitting or standing, Place arms above, at
or below shoulder height; Use of vision and depth perception,
