Compensation: $38k - $48k

The Role: We are looking for a RV Body Shop Technician to join our incredible team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Executes work orders while diagnosing and repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures while determining best product for repair.
* Keeps track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement activities.
* Keeps supervisor apprised of work progress and ensures that the final work. product is inspected by supervisor or designee.
* Performs related troubleshooting tasks based on skill level.
* Remove vehicle trim to gain access to vehicle body
* Can properly fill depressions with body filler and ensure a quality repair
* Able to remove damaged parts using power tools and cutting torch
* Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment
* File, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools
* Replace bolts on panels and align properly
* Make cosmetic repairs
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
* Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications
* Able to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job
Requirements:

* PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in custom vehicle painting / automotive painting / RV painting or Metal/Body Work
* Ability to prep, refinish, and color match
* Must have experience in base coat clear coat applications
* Must have experience with fades, pearls, and stripes
* Finish major painting repairs
* Complete work in high quality manner
