Job Description

The Manager Major Gifts position raises private gifts on behalf of the Foundation to benefit projects and programs for Covenant Health. The position identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards current and prospective donors - including individuals, corporations and foundations. The Manager Major Gifts creates and maintains constituent relationship plans primarily with specified donors. The position makes a minimum of 3 constituent calls per week and maintains a minimum portfolio of 100 active donors. The Manager Major Gifts works with minimal supervision.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited college or university.
  • at least 5 years of fundraising and/or sales experience
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Master's Degree

      The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
