year - As a Customer Experience Associate you'll: Help CX Lead
manage queue of inquiries; Handle escalated inquiries on a daily
basis; Provide consistent feedback to CX Lead and broader team
regarding possible improvements to CX processes; Coordinate
distribution of customer information - such as payment changes,
credit reporting deadlines, payment due dates, payment amounts -
