GolfSuites, the new managing company of 4ORE! Golf is seeking a dynamic, revenue generating Event Sales Manager to be a go-to person for our Guests at the GolfSuites venue for sales and events. Our GolfSuites Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling the GolfSuites experience and working directly with our guests to build their perfect event. The Event Sales Manager will cultivate relationships with our corporate & social event clients from an inbound and outbound perspective. The Event Sales Manager is expected to build these relationships through networking in the community continually. As a potential candidate, you should know GolfSuites =s FUN! Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Strives to deliver an unparalleled guest experience from the inquiry stage to post-event follow up
  • Partners with venue Director of Venue Operations & GolfSuites Director of Sales to Deliver FUN with Passion in an engaging work environment, leading by example
  • Open and eager to learn new sales skills
  • Works in collaboration with other departments
  • Proactively strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization
  • Works to ensure all organization objectives assigned by the Director of Sales are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and communicates them clearly with the venue DVO and company DOS
  • Works in tandem with the venue Operations Team to ensure flawless execution for ALL events. Including all communication on any changes/updates to events and any specific needs for a successful event based on the guests expectations
  • Proactively engages in outbound sales activity to grow event sales. Measurable plans to be made in coordination with the venue DVO & company DOS direction for such activity
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies such as Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Visitors Bureaus, etc. to drive awareness of the GolfSuites brand, as directed by the venue DVO & company DOS.

  • Cultivate relationships with community leaders and organizations to ensure strong connections
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience, industry experience strongly preferred
  • Undergraduate degree, preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM programs
  • Proficient in coaching techniques and able to assist with training of junior team members
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of demonstrates and teaches strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, people and communication skills to include the ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Solid organizational and project management skillsets
  • Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously, while remaining calm under pressure
  • Excellent pace and energy, self-motivated
  • Strong ability to establish working relationships with all employees, management and vendor partners and ability to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, always
  • Exercises good judgment in decision making
  • Flexible in approach - can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes
  • Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
