**Site Manager (2100340) Littlefield, TX**
**_Where the Chemistry Happens_**
We are looking for a Site Manager who will direct Site
Operations at our location in Littlefield, Texas. Key emphasis will
be placed on achieving daily, weekly, and yearly production and
efficiency Supply Chain goals. This position is also accountable
for budgeting and managing the budget for the site. Strong emphasis
will be placed on safety, reliability, and the production of high-
quality cotton seed.
**_Formula for Success: You Will_**
+ Lead, guide, and direct personnel to achieve daily and annual
Supply Chain goals.
+ Assist in preparing the annual operation plan (AOP) budget for
the site that covers plant and warehouse. Responsible for cost
control of the site operations.
+ Coordinate the processing plan to achieve maximum output.
+ Manage and monitoring inventory of finish bag product, bulk
seed, chemicals, packaging materials, and carryover seed to
minimize write offs.
+ Manage contracts on culls, lint, bulk seed, discard seed, and
