The Retail District Manager is responsible for on-going
activities related to the successful operation of multiple retail
stores and overseeing 10-12 Store Managers in their assigned market
area. Ensures inventory is stocked, and maintains the cleanliness
of the store. Provides customer service and engages in financial

More than 5 years of store management experience.

- College degree from 4 year accredited institution
- Multi-site management experience (5 plus locations)
Manages and has accountability for the performance and results
of multiple retail stores within a district. Adapts plans and
priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures
and business plans. Receives guidance on complex operational and HR
issues from manager. Provides guidance to store managers.
Primary Responsibilities: Applies broad knowledge of retail
store operations, financial acumen, and sound knowledge of laws and
regulations to ensure the success of multiple retail stores.
