**Extended Job Title:**
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a
specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve
the coordination and supervision of the various functions and
aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program
staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general
supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May
supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.
Other Documents Supporting Qualifications
+ Schedules, coordinates, and supports the day to day activities
of the WCOE development directors as needed including booking
appointments, entering contact reports, etc.
+ Processes and deposits gifts made to WCOE.
+ Coordinates with WCOE business managers and other faculty and
staff regarding gifts, accounts, reports, etc.
+ Assists with preparing new and revised gift agreements and
+ Assists with WCOE alumni/donor events.
+ Prepares travel arrangements, donor profiles and travel
reimbursements. Stays up to date on travel and reimbursement
+ Processes all PO's and p-card transactions for the Development
+ Updates information in Advance database including Dean's
Council, Academy and IAB memberships; Distinguished Engineer
+ Handles maintenance of gift transmittal, donor and endowment
+ Prepares correspondence for dean's and development directors'
+ Orders and maintains all promotional items for the Development
**Minimum Hire Rate:**
+ High attention to detail; Proficient in using Microsoft
Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
+ Proficient in using ADVANCE, COGNOS and Techbuy.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and follow strict guidelines and
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with
internal and external multi-level personnel.

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the
individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring
department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional
