Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our
mission of innovating for a smarter, safer future. In this role,
you will be pivotal in analyzing customer service operations to
improve service delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive
effective solutions across our global markets. Analyze customer
service data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities
for process improvements. Work closely with the customer support
team to refine service delivery, escalating high priority issues
and ensuring swift resolutions. Develop and maintain reports that
track service metrics and analyze these reports to recommend
operational changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including IT, sales, and technical support to enhance service
integration. Train and support customer service representatives in
new processes or technologies implemented to improve customer
interaction. Conduct periodic audits of customer interactions and
processes to ensure compliance with standard policies and
procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent
verbal and written communication skills Proficient in data analysis
tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) Ability to work independently and
as part of a team Experience with CRM software, preferably
Salesforce Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
