Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter - Risk and
Broking in Washington, United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business and HR partners to understand hiring
needs
Manage full lifecycle recruitment process for assigned job
openings
Develop competitive offers, manage offer extension, and close
candidates effectively
Qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience in the financial services
industry
Experience working in commercial lines, property casualty insurance
industry preferred
Ability to manage and prioritize a workbench of 30 to 35
requisitions at any given time
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in human resources,
business, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and strong experience with ATS/RMS (Taleo
preferred)
