Responsibilities: You understand you are in the people business not the food business Taking care of each employee under your per view Ensuring your team feels comfortable and empowered under your leadership Able to lead by example and with a servant-like leadership style Keep systems running through the provided tools Qualifications: Have a teamwork mindset Leadership experience Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy Manager Food Safety Certification is required Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks Strong communication and leadership skills
