The Executive Chef is a culinary conductor -- leading a team of

- Food Procurement and Cost Control: You'll masterfully estimate
food consumption, curate the finest ingredients, and keep a
watchful eye on our food costs.

Culinary degree, certification, or at least three years of
equivalent restaurant industry experience as a chef. Certified as a
ServSafe food handler or other food safety certification.
Adherence to robust safety practices and compliance with all
applicable health and safety regulations are responsibilities of
all TTU employees.

Starting Pay Range for the Executive Chef: $67,500 - $75,600

Minimum Hire Rate
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the
individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring
department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional
information, please reference the institutional pay plan by
