The Executive Chef is a culinary conductor -- leading a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to create exceptional dining experiences. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but certainly not limited to: Food Procurement and Cost Control, Recipe Perfection, Menu Innovation, Kitchen Maintenance, and Kitchen Leadership.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Food Procurement and Cost Control: You'll masterfully estimate food consumption, curate the finest ingredients, and keep a watchful eye on our food costs.
  • Recipe Perfection: Elevate our cuisine to new heights by developing standardized production recipes, ensuring that every dish reaches the pinnacle of consistent quality.
  • Menu Innovation: Unleash your creativity as you craft and price tantalizing menus that leave a lasting impression on our clients and guests.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Oversee the smooth operation and meticulous maintenance of our kitchen equipment, creating an environment that prioritizes safety and sanitation.
  • Kitchen Leadership: As the leader of the kitchen, you'll inspire and mentor our kitchen team, nurturing their culinary talents to shine.     Required Qualifications

    Culinary degree, certification, or at least three years of equivalent restaurant industry experience as a chef. Certified as a ServSafe food handler or other food safety certification.
