As a small company with approximately 150 employees, we are committed to our core values of dependability, teamwork, honesty, fun, and achievement.A Day in the Life of the Customer Service RepresentativeYou will spend your day processing customer orders; verifying availability and pricing of products via phone and email; obtaining credit card information from customers for accounting to process; handling various customer inquiries such as pricing, freight cost, shipping information, and inventory; providing customers with order and delivery updates; facilitating customer complaints, including arranging product returns and issuing credits; providing support to our field sales representatives; & answering incoming calls to the main corporate number. What You'll Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPCAt a minimum, you'll need:A High School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years of related experienceA passionate and positive can do attitude, willingness to learn, to teach, and to be a change agent within the company. An ability to work within a team environment and help the team become betterProficiency in Microsoft OutlookEffective communication skillsWhat also catches our attention:Experience working with Microsoft Excel Experience working with an ERP system PM21
