A high-volume Urology private practice in Lubbock is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join as a future partner. This is a true ownership-track opportunity with a first-year guaranteed salary and a proven fee-for-service model generating $1.2M+ annually after year one. Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
