Occupational Therapist will provide care in an acute care setting.
This role will not require floating between units. No on-call or
weekend shifts are required. The expected patient-to-therapist
ratio is 1:1. The facility is a Short Term Acute Care hospital. The
Environment is a Level II Trauma Center. Personnel must adhere to a
professional dress code for uniforms. Easy access to free surface
parking is available for employees. Candidates must have experience
with various rehabilitation techniques and equipment. The
Occupational Therapist will engage in assessment and interventions
for patients. Successful candidates will have experience in
activities of daily living, soft tissue injuries, and orthopedic
rehabilitation. Candidates will be expected to work collaboratively
within an interdisciplinary team. References will be required for
