Cardiovascular Technologist Location: Plainview, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,946 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid State License required Certifications: BLS, ARDMS, CCI, ARDMS RVT, CCI or RDCS Must-Have: Vascular ultrasound studies and echocardiography experience are required. Candidates must be fully proficient in echocardiology and vascular ultrasound skills as no training will be provided. Experience with adult echo, contrast echo, and stress echocardiogram (treadmill) is a hard-stop requirement. Description: This position requires a US Tech/Echo Tech. On-call is required from 5 PM to 8 AM Monday to Friday, with 24-hour on-call coverage expected on Saturday and Sunday. Weekends are mandatory on-call shifts. The expected patient ratio is 8:1. Candidates will be assisting with precepting clinicians. Experience with general ultrasound procedures, including OB, breast, and transvaginal exams, is preferred. Candidates must have experience in vascular and echocardiograms. The facility provides interdisciplinary support across various diagnoses. Travelers may be expected to float to nearby facilities as needed. Refusal to float could result in termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Communication devices required for duties will be provided by the organization. Modules will be completed pre-start and annually, with time spent on modules being self-reported.
