Echo Tech Location: Plainview, TX Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,800 to $3,000 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $70.00 - $75.00/Hourly. Summary: An Echo Technician (Cardiac Sonographer) performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations of the heart (echocardiograms) to assist cardiologists in diagnosing and monitoring cardiovascular conditions. The role requires strong technical skills, knowledge of cardiac anatomy, and patient care expertise. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: Perform echocardiography procedures including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and color flow imaging. Conduct transthoracic (TTE) and assist in transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) when required. Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and proper procedure explanation. Acquire high-quality cardiac images and measurements. Recognize abnormal findings and provide preliminary observations to cardiologists. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, Need both Vascular Ultrasound and Echo experience BLS Certification, ARDMS, CCI or RDCS. Locals accepted at lower rate.
