Description The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Texas Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal Therapist: Degree from accredited program. 2 years of experience in rehabilitation. Why Join Providence?
