Physical Therapist Location: Lockney, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,526 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 8-13 weeks Shift: Flexible shifts (8 or 10 hour) Hours per Shift: Varies Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current state license in Physical Therapy Certifications: Relevant certifications as needed Must-Have: Ability to provide one-on-one care in an outpatient setting. Description: PT needed for immediate start. The position involves providing one-on-one care in outpatient settings. Services will be scheduled in 45-minute blocks. Evaluations will primarily occur in inpatient and short-term rehabilitation environments. Flexible shift options include working five 8-hour days, four 9-hour days with one 4-hour day, or four 10-hour days. The schedule will be coordinated with the current staff's availability. Candidates will provide rotating weekend coverage on standby, with expectations of 1-2 weekends of coverage per month. Notification for weekend work will be provided by Friday at 5:00 PM. Candidates will have the flexibility to choose which day and time to provide services during the weekends. Typically, weekend services will be required 30-50% of the time.
