Ultrasound Tech Location: Plainview, TX Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,800 to $3,000 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $70.00 - $75.00/Hourly. Summary: A Vascular Ultrasound Technologist specializes in performing diagnostic imaging of blood vessels using ultrasound technology. The role focuses on assessing blood flow, detecting blockages or clots, and assisting physicians in diagnosing vascular conditions. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: Perform vascular ultrasound exams such as carotid, arterial, venous, and peripheral studies. Conduct Doppler ultrasound to evaluate blood flow and detect abnormalities. Assist in identifying conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), arterial blockages, and aneurysms. Prepare and position patients for procedures, explaining the process clearly. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure accurate imaging. Record, analyze, and document findings for physician interpretation. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, CCI or RDCS, ARDMS, Locals accepted at lower rate.
