Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. • Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months Requirements: • Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
