A vibrant community of individuals passionate about the work they do! What You'll Do Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians. Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response. Support staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives. Drive continuous quality improvement. Qualifications Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required. BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role. Minimum three years discipline-specific experience. Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred. Leadership experience preferred.
