Job Description & Requirements Inpatient Psychiatry-Lubbock, TX StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $ Adult/Geriatric Inpatient Psychiatrist Medical Director – Lubbock, TX | We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Inpatient Psychiatrist to support adult and geriatric patients in our 32-bed inpatient facility in Lubbock, Texas. Position Highlights Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite) Setting: 100% Inpatient Employment: W2 or 1099 Role: Staff Psychiatrist or Medical Director (leadership opportunity) Compensation & Benefits $300,000-$350,000 Sign on Bonus Relocation Assistance CME Allowance 20 Days PTO Malpractice Provided Schedule Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Call: 1 week on / 3 weeks off Call is phone-based Clinical Practice 3–5 psychiatric evaluations daily Medication management & crisis stabilization Active collaboration with multidisciplinary team EMR: WellSky Dictation: Dragon / Dictation Cloud Strong support staff including 24/7 nursing and 3 NPs Requirements Must work onsite in Lubbock Eligible for Texas medical license Experience with adult/geriatric inpatient psychiatry preferred Physician: MD or DO We are a growing behavioral health system with 33 locations and a strong mission centered on dignity, honesty, and long-term recovery.
