before, during, and after dialysis, providing necessary nursing
care Administer prescribed medications, evaluate patient reactions,
and document treatment outcomes Operate and maintain dialysis
machines and systems in accordance with company policies and
procedures Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare
professionals to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and
their families regarding kidney health and maintenance dialysis
Expertise in patient assessment techniques and dialysis treatment
Ability to operate standard dialysis machinery Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and
time management skills Capacity to handle medical emergencies and
