Job Description Company Description The Autism Resource Center
is dedicated to assisting families in navigating the complexities
of neurodivergence. We partner with parents to understand and
address their child’s unique learning needs. Our mission is to
provide support and guidance during a time often perceived as
stressful, helping bridge the gaps between suspicion, diagnosis,
and actionable steps. We strive to be a resource for parents as
they make informed decisions for their child’s development. Role
Description This part-time Clinical Assessment Partner role is
on-site and based in Lubbock or Amarillo, TX. ARC is seeking a
licensed BCBA or SLP interested in part-time diagnostic assessment
work. This clinician will: Administer the ADOS-2 (training provided
through WPS) Administer structured assessment components as
assigned Score protocols accurately Provide detailed behavioral
observation notes Participate in initial scoring reliability (IOA)
with ARC Director Collaborate on case review discussions The ARC
Director will: Conduct diagnostic integration and differential
reasoning Write the final evaluation report Maintain scheduling and
coordination responsibility This role focuses on structured
administration, scoring precision, and high-quality observation;
not independent diagnostic determination. Ideal Candidate We are
seeking a clinician who is: Licensed BCBA or licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas Experienced in working with
autistic and neurodivergent individuals Detail-oriented and
comfortable following standardized administration protocols
Organized with strong observational documentation skills Interested
in expanding current skill sets Professional, collaborative, and
growth-oriented Seeking meaningful, flexible side income Not
currently operating a competing practice ARC will provide
professional training and oversight. What This Role Is Not This is
not a high-volume clinic position. This is not a full-time
employment role. This role does not require report writing.
Compensation Structure Compensation is provided per an agreed-upon
contract (to be discussed based on experience and availability).
