Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Pediatric Home
Health Territory: Pay:$68,000 - $78,000 Sign-On Bonus Opportunity!
Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,000sign-on bonus* as part
of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout

Requirements - Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an
accredited program - NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy
Assistant - Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State
of Practice - Current BLS/CPR Certification - Reliable
