Job Description Job Description Staff Nurse (LVN) - NIGHTS We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses - Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our care team on the night shift. You will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to appropriate staff. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care. Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Requirements: Current and valid LVN license in the State of Texas. CPR or BLS certification. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Authorization to work in the United States.
