RN – Texas Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Lubbock, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
12-hour shifts with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios; every other
weekend required; float between IMC units as needed Highlights:
379-bed Level II Trauma Center with comprehensive interdisciplinary
support Progressive Care/Step Down unit specializing in renal and
complex medical-surgical patients Epic electronic medical records
system (experience required) 40 hours of structured orientation to
support your transition Access to IV teams, rapid response teams,
pharmacy, respiratory services, and more Free parking available
on-site for all staff Requirements: Active RN license (Compact
license accepted and must be in hand at submission) Minimum 1 year
of recent Step Down/Progressive Care/Telemetry experience Current
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Epic charting system experience
required Demonstrated competency in titrating cardiac and
vasoactive drips (required skill) Experience with complex drip
management, telemetry interpretation, temporary/permanent
pacemakers, IV insulin protocols, and critical care procedures
Experience with 1:4 patient ratios in a progressive care
environment Two supervisory references covering one year within the
