Description Clinical Coordinator RN Working under the supervision of the Nursing Manager, or Director of Nursing the Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership and administrative competence in their selected clinical specialty. The individual in this position represents Covenant Health and the nursing departments by interpreting and applying policies and nursing practice guidelines, planning and coordinating day to day unit operations of the selected specialty and assuming accountability for utilization of human and material resources by managing those resources within established budgetary guidelines. This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Texas: Lubbock Work Status Available: Full time Shifts Available: Day Shifts Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00pm Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Graduation from an accredited nursing school program. Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 or more years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
