Acute Care RN - Observation Care at Providence Health and
Services summary: Registered Nurse to provide observation and acute
care for patients in a hospital observation unit (night shift) at
Covenant Medical Center. Requires graduate nursing degree, Texas RN
license, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification, and at least 1 year
RN experience; role is full-time, on-site with shift differentials
and benefits. Employer offers hiring bonus for eligible night-shift

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association upon hire. National Institutes of Health
Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
