Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Plainview, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,970 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Plainview, Texas, 79072! Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Charge RN – Texas Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Plainview, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts; weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per contract); flexibility for charge shifts as needed Highlights: 49-bed short-term acute care facility with Level IV Trauma Center designation 8-bed Emergency Department with average daily census of 40 patients 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio across all shifts Epic charting system Dual role opportunity: Charge RN with patient care responsibilities 40 hours of orientation provided Requirements: Active RN license (Compact license required at time of submission) Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience Previous Charge RN experience required Experience with 1:4 patient ratios Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, NIHSS Competency in triage, trauma care, dysrhythmia management, critical interventions, and procedural sedation Experience caring for all age groups from neonates to geriatrics 2 supervisory references covering the last year within the past 3 years Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers experienced Emergency Department nurses the chance to step into a leadership role while maintaining hands-on patient care in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.
