A Health Care System is looking for a Family Medicine/Medical Director to run their clinic in South Lubbock, TX. The position is 70% Primary Care & 30% Urgent Care with the patient population being60% Adult, 20% Pediatrics and 20% Geriatrics. The clinic has 8 exam rooms and 1 procedure room, onsite lab, x-ray, bracing, splinting, and sutures, and is staffed with 1 Family physicianand 2 Advanced Practitioners. Opportunity Details Base salary - $275,000 range plus wRVU incentive $24K Medical Director stipend $20K sign-on bonus $10K relocation $2,500 CME 27 days PTO No call responsibilities Open Monday - Friday (8AM - 8PM), Saturday (9AM - 5PM) & Sunday (1PM - 5PM) CERNER EMR and dynamic documentation is utilized About Lubbock, Texas Lubbock is located in northwest Texas. Considered to be at the center of the South Plains, the area is located between the Permian Basin to the south and the Texas Panhandle to the north.
