We are seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians in Plainview, Texas, just 45 miles north of Lubbock. The Hospitalist Group: Join our well-established team of physicians and APPs This 100-bed facility is part of the region's largest health system Hospitalists work 7on/7off, days only- APPs cover the night shifts Some providers are preceptors for internal medicine residents from Texas Tech University in Lubbock Procedures are optional Offering a 365,000 base salary plus performance incentives, generous benefits, and a path to partnership The Community: Plainview, Texas, blends small-town warmth with practical convenience, offering an affordable cost of living, minimal traffic, and a community where neighbors truly know each other.
