Description The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required Qualifications: PharmD Or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered or Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Preferred Qualification: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
