Position Details Salary Range: $45-60 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Sign-on or Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000 for full-time positions and $5,000 for part-time roles. We have the perfect opportunity for you. Position Summary We are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to become part of our expanding team. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate and high-quality care to all patients. Administer direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under the general supervision of a dentist. Deliver excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care. Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices. Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories. Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and organizational standards. Guide patients and their families through the treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed. Take x-rays and document them in patient records when necessary. Create memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion and understanding. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
