Location: Lubbock, TX Assignment: 13 Weeks | Night 3x12-Hour Guaranteed Hours: 36 Pay - Package Gross Pay: $2,505.00 / Week W2 / Taxable Pay: $1,224.00 / Week Per Diem: $1,281.00 / Week Guaranteed Hours / Week: 36 Job Description The Step Down Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care to moderately acute patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions. Working in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Intermediate Care Unit (IMC), or Stepdown Unit, the RN is responsible for managing complex patient conditions, monitoring cardiac and respiratory status, and responding to changes in patient condition. This role requires strong clinical judgment, experience with cardiac monitoring, and the ability to manage multiple drips and advanced therapies while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
