summary: The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound
procedures under supervision to assist physicians in diagnosing and
treating illnesses. The role requires relevant training or
certification in diagnostic ultrasound and may involve on-call

Description Under the supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor,
Manager or Director, perform ultrasound procedures to assist the
physician in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease.

Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Course study in
diagnostic ultrasound, or equivalent education/ experience.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic
Medical Sonography within 1 year of hire, Or National Registered
Technologist - Sonography within 1 year of hire, Or New Mexico
Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Program License upon hire - if
practicing within this state. Preferred Qualification: 1 year

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
