Physical Therapist - Adult Long Term Acute Care at Providence
Health and Services summary: This position is for a Physical
Therapist specializing in adult long-term acute care, providing
assessment, treatment, education, and leadership primarily in an
inpatient hospital setting. The role is per diem/on-call, requiring
onsite work in Lubbock, Texas, and involves flexible scheduling
including weekends and holidays. Candidates must hold a Texas
Physical Therapy Assistant License and Basic Life Support
certification, with preference for rehabilitation experience.
Description Physical Therapist - Adult Long Term Acute Care We are
seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team
on a per diem/on-call basis. We offer a competitive flat base
hourly pay rate of $51.00 per hour. The practice of physical
therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and
implementation, education, communication and demonstration of
leadership to address the needs of patients and their families.
Requires limited supervision. The majority of the patient care will
be performed in an inpatient hospital setting. Providence

scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational

Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment
consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in

Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program Upon Hire:
Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License Upon Hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred qualifications:
Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Degree from accredited

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
