Physical Therapist - Adult Long Term Acute Care at Providence Health and Services summary: This position is for a Physical Therapist specializing in adult long-term acute care, providing assessment, treatment, education, and leadership primarily in an inpatient hospital setting. The role is per diem/on-call, requiring onsite work in Lubbock, Texas, and involves flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Candidates must hold a Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License and Basic Life Support certification, with preference for rehabilitation experience. Description Physical Therapist - Adult Long Term Acute Care We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem/on-call basis. We offer a competitive flat base hourly pay rate of $51.00 per hour. The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families. Shifts Available: Day Required qualifications: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program Upon Hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred qualifications: Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Degree from accredited program. 2 Years experience in rehabilitation.
