Associate's Degree - Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational
school of nursing. Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1
year - LVN Experience. 6 months - Working in a clinical,

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
