Location : Lubbock, Texas Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation : Average $70,000–$90,000 annually (DOE) Top Earner Performance Incentives : Up to $30,000 bonus potential About the Role We’re seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join a dynamic outpatient team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and a collaborative clinical environment. What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work with a diverse patient population and treat a wide range of conditions including orthopedic and neurological disorders, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, vestibular, concussion, balance, and gait issues. You’ll be responsible for: Developing and adjusting individualized plans of care Managing a caseload of 10–12 patients per day (approx. 50 visits/week) Documenting progress using Raintree EMR Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Participating in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting Ready to Make a Difference?
